No. Boswell tracks programs and enabling services, not clinical records. Many organizations run it alongside their EHR for the community and social-services work the EHR isn't built for.
Can we record screenings, referrals and social needs?
Yes. Add the options your programs need, such as a screening done or a referral given, record them at each visit, and report the totals. Boswell does not follow a referral after it is made.
Who owns the data?
